By using this application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Personal Data and Synchronisation

1.1. The Happy Fertility application offers a synchronisation feature between two applications, enabling the secure transfer of data. This data includes information relating to fertility management methods.

1.2. No personal data is stored or processed online, with the exception of synchronisation data. This data is automatically deleted after a successful transfer.

1.3. The synchronisation feature is disabled by default. The user may choose to enable or disable this feature at any time. If it is not enabled, no data is transferred online, and all data remains stored locally on the user's phone.

2. Crashlytics Analysis and Analytics

2.1. The application uses Crashlytics and Mixpanel to collect analytics data in order to ensure its proper functioning, detect anomalies, and optimise the user experience. This data is collected anonymously and does not personally identify users. The information collected is used solely for diagnostic purposes and for the continuous improvement of the application. Data is retained for a maximum of 90 days for Crashlytics and up to 2 years for Mixpanel, in accordance with each provider's retention policies. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion of your data in accordance with applicable regulations, by following the procedures provided by each service. 3. Data Export

3.1. The user may export their data from the application.

3.2. The user may choose to share their data, but this action is entirely under the user's control. No data is shared without the user's explicit consent.

4. Reminders and Notifications

4.1. The application offers reminders and notifications to help the user follow fertility management methods.

4.2. These reminders and notifications can be enabled or disabled by the user according to their preferences.

5. Event Tracking for Development

5.1. The application may track certain events anonymously for the purpose of developing and improving the application.

5.2. This information is used solely for statistical and development purposes, and no personally identifiable data is collected in this process.

6. Volunteer Development

6.1. The Happy Fertility application was developed on a volunteer basis by a dedicated and passionate team.

6.2. The efforts put into the creation, development and maintenance of this application were carried out without financial compensation. We have invested time and skills to offer a solution that can benefit the community interested in fertility management methods.

6.3. We are grateful for the community's support and are committed to continuously maintaining and improving the application to provide a rewarding user experience.
